Refund Policy

A full refund is granted if cancellation of session(s) occurs at least 48 hours prior to appointment time. Please send email to admin@therapymotivated.com. Write “refund request” in the subject of email and the date(s) of service you’d like to cancel in the body of the email.

In respect of the therapist’s allotted time for the client, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged if cancellation does not occur at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. The difference between the service cost and cancellation fee will be the refundable amount due to client.

A “no show” will incur full payment of service.

A "no show" occurs when a client fails to attend an appointment without proper cancellation of appointment as indicated above. Psychotherapy and coaching session(s) that were held by client and therapist are nonrefundable.

A courteous one-time “no show” or same day cancellation is permitted for a full refund.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 24-hour prior to your appointment time by emailing admin@therapymotivated.com. Please write “reschedule request” in subject of email, followed by your preferred date(s) and time(s) in the body of the email. Please refer to your therapist’s availabilities by accessing https://www.therapymotivated.com/book. If rescheduling is not possible due to the therapist’s limited availabilities, you run the risk of a “no show”, in which case a refund will not be granted. For best practices, please reschedule as soon as possible to avoid any schedule conflicts.
